Why New Wave exists

New Wave Digital Marketing was founded on a simple observation: Australian service businesses were spending serious money on ads and SEO, but had no way of knowing whether any of it was actually generating revenue. Agencies were reporting on clicks and impressions. Business owners were still answering the same number of calls.

We started New Wave to fix that. Every campaign we run is wired into a pipeline that tracks real outcomes: phone calls, quote requests, bookings. If we can't show you it's working in terms you actually care about, we don't consider the job done.

Based on the Gold Coast, we work with service businesses across Australia, from trades and home services to health, legal and professional services.
